Nairux is delivered as single-tenant SaaS on Google Cloud. Each customer gets a dedicated cluster with its own Virtual Private Cloud and database — not shared multi-tenant. A lightweight agent runs inside your network to communicate with your devices. The architecture is designed so that the cluster on our infrastructure does not reach into your network directly — device operations are performed by the agent that lives in your perimeter. Device credentials and raw configuration sessions are designed to stay within your network.

Three modes: Embedded (default; recovery requires both database access AND a cluster-bound secret). Managed (external KMS holds the wrap key with KMS-side audit logging). Sovereign (customer holds the master private key on a .pem file; Nairux physically cannot decrypt credentials at rest without the customer's active participation). Sovereign mode is the strongest zero-knowledge posture available — ideal for regulated industries, government, and security-sensitive enterprises.
